Paving the way
for the resilience of individuals, teams, organizations,
communities and municipalities.
Sderot city is dealing with an ongoing threat of missile attacks for over 21 years.
From this experience we developed a model based on rich experience from the field, taking care of thousands of cases every year.
The goal of this workshop is to provide Senior management with practical guidelines and protocols to create a more resilient community or municipality. The modules are based on the preparedness, crisis and recovery timeline and offer a resilient mindset to the infrastructure, protocols and training within the community or the municipality.
It offers a broad view to resiliency with the practical aspect of it. This is a tailor made (based on pre-assessment stage) and in-depth workshop.

As the mayor, I decided to open The International Resilience Center in Sderot. It is an innovative center that provides training and lectures on community and municipal resilience to communities and organizations all around the world.
Sderot is much more than a city under attack, it's a city that deals with an ongoing threat but chooses every day to be a great, healthy, strong place to live in.
After over 20 years of experience, we have become experts in crisis management and building and enhancing resiliency and we are honored to pass on our models, knowledge, and methods internationally.
